Operational scope was country level in Italy and involved facility management and HR teams managing daily scheduling, access authorization, and workplace occupancy rules through the Zucchetti modules. Governance centered on embedding booking and access workflows into existing HR and facilities procedures, with administration delegated to workplace operations teams. Outcomes reported in the case study included improving safety through health checks and enabling hybrid working arrangements by providing coordinated desk and parking booking and controlled access.
