| Paychex | Legacy | Oasis PEO | PEO (Professional Employer Organization) | Professional Services | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, ZYN22 deployed Oasis PEO, a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) application from Paychex, to centralize payroll and benefits administration across its professional services studios. The deployment covered a 20 employee organization operating multiple studio locations and was executed alongside a platform consolidation that migrated customer facing systems from MindBody and Fitment to Mariana Tek. The initiative positioned Oasis PEO as the primary HR and payroll engine for the company.
Oasis PEO was configured to manage payroll execution, benefit coordination, employee onboarding, and personnel record management, aligning with core PEO (Professional Employer Organization) functional modules. Configuration work included setting user roles, pay cycle parameters, benefit plan mappings and secure personnel record access controls to support studio level HR workflows. System administration responsibilities were assigned to in house staff to maintain ongoing data hygiene and process controls.
The implementation integrated Oasis PEO with the existing application stack including Mariana Tek, MindBody, FitMetrix, G Suite, Asana, Oasis DEG, Insperity, and ClassPass to ensure HR data flowed into operational and client facing systems. Reporting architecture used Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and flagging techniques to produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc dashboards aggregating financial and sales data, client attendance metrics, marketing reach, inventory records and profit and loss. Weekly KPI monitoring was formalized to supply sales teams with operational insights.
Governance included company wide staff training at every level, post migration troubleshooting, and ongoing team support provisioned in perpetuity, accompanied by monthly studio evaluations and one to one reviews with Studio Managers to enforce standards in cleanliness, merchandising and workflow. The project manager maintained an error margin of 0.006 percent during the migration and served as the Human Resources Generalist performing payroll, benefits coordination, onboarding and personnel record management. System administration duties covered Mariana Tek, MindBody, FitMetrix, G Suite, Asana, Oasis DEG, Insperity and ClassPass while proactively evaluating process improvements.
