Governance for the ViHire upgrade followed a phased upgrade and acceptance testing approach, establishing change control and administrative ownership within HR and talent operations. The project reached a production baseline on Deltek Talent Management System V15+ by April, 2018, with HR teams retaining responsibility for ongoing configuration, reporting, and user access management. | |
