Configuration work focused on rules and threshold management, exception handling and report generation to support client reporting and regulator submissions.
Operational coverage targeted NAB Asset Servicing operations supporting institutional custody and investment administration clients across the Asia Pacific region, aligning compliance, operations and client reporting teams. Governance and process changes established standardized reporting and oversight processes within the asset servicing business to support consistent client transparency and regulatory obligations.
The stated outcome of the program was improved transparency and regulatory reporting for clients and the delivery of scalable, SaaS-based compliance capabilities across NAB’s asset servicing business.
