Booz Allen Hamilton | Professional Services | 33400 | $12.0B | United States | Ivalua Inc | Ivalua Contract Lifecycle Management | Contract Lifecycle Management | 2021 | n/a | In 2021 Booz Allen Hamilton implemented Ivalua Contract Lifecycle Management to consolidate contract records and centralize contract driven workflows across finance and supply chain, using Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities to support procurement, supplier management, and compliance. The engagement was part of a broader source to pay modernization to digitize contractual document records required for government audits and to bring procurement and accounting processing into a unified, auditable environment. Ivalua Contract Lifecycle Management was configured with multi-module contract signature workflows and a custom Adjustment Voucher module, enabling automated UX where supplier PO acceptance automatically dates and signs contracts and generates merged signature fields. The implementation included a custom compliance file binder folder system that replaced the aging filing approach, extract capabilities for government audit reporting, custom tax calculations driven by third party tax tables, and a Project Labor Category sub-line at PR PO and invoice line levels to support ordering and billing by labor resource without proliferating order lines. The deployment used Ivalua as a unified S2P platform with a unified data model delivering real time visibility across source to pay, supplier and contract processes. Seamless integrations with 20 other systems were implemented to ensure data integrity and information flow across asset management, financial and employee systems, including named integrations with Workday, Concur, Costpoint, Edcor and Eracent. Governance and rollout emphasized compliance and usability, with a 13 month program cadence to digitize the full filing system and refine controls for DFARS and other government requirements. Outcomes cited by the customer include contracts digitized at 100 percent, enabled supplier controls, a government compliant filing system, and improved transparency into direct and indirect spend and the purchasing experience for users and suppliers. | |
