Operationally the project preserved HR records governance while shifting technical ownership to the bank's IT infrastructure teams, with application administration and records management policies enforced at the system level. Execution followed a phased technical cutover and validation approach emphasizing audit trails and access control testing to minimize disruption to HR workflows.
