The implementation was carried out with Advantage Route as the systems integrator, integrating Stonefield Query directly with AccountMate to read transactional ledgers and customer files. Operational coverage centered on finance and sales teams at the Maspeth site, enabling routine monitoring workflows and exception reporting for account receivables and product performance.
Governance changes centralized report ownership and reduced ad hoc report requests by standardizing templates and delivery schedules. The deployment reduced workload and overtime while improving sales monitoring and decision making, enabling proactive product and sales adjustments based on daily operational reports.
