The deployment configured SAP S/4 HANA to support ERP Financial processes while maintaining continuity for PP production planning, MM materials management, SD sales distribution, and FI financial accounting. Governance relied on template-driven mapping, Migration Cockpit validation, and custom extraction and API layers to enforce data conformity during cutover and initial operations.
