In 2024 Roketsan implemented Forte DeskForPM as part of a commercial agreement with Forte to provision integrated logistics, product-support and project software across its Turkey operations beginning late 2024. The deployment aligns with Forte’s FORIPS and related suites, and the implementation narrative positions Forte DeskForPM as the Project Portfolio Management application supporting program and project oversight.
Configuration work focused on the project-portfolio module, enabling program and project management and analysis, portfolio controls, scheduling and resource allocation workflows, and consolidated reporting for program offices. Forte DeskForPM was configured to support standard Project Portfolio Management capabilities such as project intake, prioritization, baseline tracking and portfolio-level visibility, consistent with enterprise program management practice.
Integration and operational coverage included linking the project-portfolio module to Forte’s integrated logistics and product-support suites to maintain traceability between project plans and sustainment requirements. Implementation partner ELD Bilisim handled local delivery and integration work, and the program scope targeted Roketsan program management and logistics/product-support teams across Turkey.
Governance changes were scoped to centralize portfolio oversight and to formalize project lifecycle workflows, with phased rollout activities planned beginning in late 2024. Change controls, configuration governance and role-based access for program managers and sustainment leads were established to align Forte DeskForPM with Roketsan program governance and operational processes.
