In 2017, Lowe Manufacturing re-implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Innovia Consulting to fully operationalize ERP Financial capabilities across its manufacturing and back-office operations. The project addressed prior incomplete NAV deployments by building a custom Microsoft Dynamics NAV configuration that reflected Lowe’s manufacturing workflows and day to day transaction needs.
The implementation delivered core modules for inventory management, job costing, pricing, financial reporting, and customer service, with explicit configuration to incorporate warehouse processes into cost calculations and production planning. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was configured to link purchase orders and sales orders within a single transaction framework, automate invoicing workflows, and expose job-level costing so financials and manufacturing costs could be reconciled in the same system.
Innovia Consulting provided local Gold Certified Microsoft Dynamics ERP partner services, including solution design, custom configuration and system rollout support that prioritized operational availability and usability. Operational coverage extended across manufacturing operations, warehouse processes, finance and accounting, sales order processing, and customer service, enabling cross-functional transaction flow and improved data accessibility for day to day management.
As a result of the re-implementation the company reported enhanced inventory management and manufacturing cost calculation capabilities, streamlined financial reporting, improved management visibility into operations for quicker decision-making, enhanced customer service capabilities, improved sales and marketing capabilities, and greater employee productivity and effectiveness. Lowe described the new Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment as an integrated and modifiable solution that is easy to use and will grow with the business, and noted the organization doubled the number of invoices processed per day without adding staff.

In 2018, OMT-Veyhl engaged Innovia Consulting to reevaluate its ERP and plan an upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The engagement targeted a full ERP Financial implementation to stabilize shipping operations, improve reporting, and professionalize in-house development and support capabilities for the distribution and manufacturing business.
Innovia led a project that reworked customizations incompatible with Business Central and prioritized functional areas aligned to shipping and supply chain workflows. The implementation preserved Lanham Associates supply chain solutions as an ISV integration and introduced Jet Reports and Power BI to modernize reporting, enabling production centers to view orders due, daily shipments, and sales visibility. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central served as the core ERP Financial system, consolidating finance, inventory and operational data for accessible analytics.
Operationally the rollout emphasized skills transfer, with Director of Technology Rik Fleming and his internal development team receiving targeted Dynamics training so routine support and enhancements could be handled in-house. Innovia acted as implementation partner and became the Cloud Solutions Provider for OMT-Veyhl, centralizing Microsoft licensing and cloud support while remaining available for major or strategic issues.
The project went live in December 2019 and achieved several stated results. Shipping delays for skids were eliminated, reported labor costs associated with their products were reduced by 30 percent, reporting accessibility improved across production centers, and the project completed under budget while enabling ongoing user support without recurring billable partner hours.

Distribution | 100 | $12M | United States | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | 2019 |
In 2019 SafeWaze implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP Financial system to address scaling constraints from operations that had been running on the desktop version of QuickBooks. The decision followed a rapid growth phase that increased product, order, and customer volume and required an ERP Financial platform capable of background real-time data for production planning and stronger transactional controls.
The implementation configured Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS to support finance, sales, customer service, production planning, and warehouse workflows. Functional capabilities delivered included accounts receivable processing improvements, customer service transaction flows, enforcement of operational policies such as minimum order quality, and sales attribution configurations to allow one customer to be associated with multiple sales representative groups. Innovia Consulting implemented a per-user outbound email configuration to surface individual sender addresses in Business Central, resolving an early communications barrier within five days.
Integrations and adjunct solutions were an explicit part of the architecture, with Jet Global implemented for reporting, Insight Works deployed to extend inventory and warehousing operations, Microsoft 365 productivity tools connected for user collaboration, and EDI integrated to work with the ERP for trading partner transactions. The deployment approach emphasized Business Central SaaS hosting and lightweight internal IT involvement, with Innovia conducting on-site interviews across finance, customer service, and sales to capture process requirements and configuration needs.
Governance and rollout relied on Innovia Consulting as the implementation and support partner, operating as a de facto IT extension for a company with under 100 employees and only two internal staff engaged in the project. Post-launch outcomes explicitly reported include smoother operations, faster A/R and customer service cycles, ready access to business information through Jet Global and Microsoft productivity tools, and an operational EDI connection, with ongoing support from Innovia to sustain and evolve the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial environment.
