Banking and Financial Services | 600 | $49M | Egypt | Temenos | Temenos Data Hub | Master Data Management | 2025 |
In 2025 MIDBANK Egypt implemented Temenos Data Hub as a Master Data Management deployment, bringing the Temenos Data Hub into production on August 1, 2025 as part of a coordinated big bang activation of Temenos’ banking suite. The initiative was delivered by implementation partner ITSS Global with testing assistance from DXS, and it centrally targeted the bank’s retail, corporate, and SME banking operations as part of a broader platform rollout that included Temenos Core, Payments Hub, and Financial Crime Mitigation.
The Temenos Data Hub implementation established a centralized master data repository and reference data registry to harmonize customer, product, and account master records. Configuration work emphasized canonical data models, data quality rules, and MDM workflows for record unification and de-duplication, while testing and validation cycles were executed jointly by ITSS Global and DXS to ensure consistency across transactional and analytical domains.
Integration design tied the Master Data Management layer to Temenos Core, Payments Hub, and Financial Crime Mitigation, positioning the Data Hub as the authoritative source for upstream and downstream systems and as the data foundation for upcoming digital channel initiatives under Temenos Digital. Interfaces and provisioning mechanisms were implemented to support consumption of master and reference data by core banking processes, payments engines, compliance workflows, and nascent digital front ends.
Governance and operational changes included centralized data stewardship, formalized data ownership, and enforced validation rules to reduce reconciliation friction between banking functions. Temenos reports that the new platform has already delivered reduced transaction processing times, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction, and the deployment aligns with Egypt Vision 2030 and the Central Bank of Egypt’s digital agenda.

Banking and Financial Services | 200 | $44M | Qatar | Temenos | Temenos T24 | Core Banking | 2015 |
In 2015 Qatar First Bank implemented Temenos T24 for Core Banking, initiating the program in June 2015 and operating the application in production to the present. The implementation was delivered by ITSS Global and established Temenos T24 as the bank's centralized Core Banking platform for its Qatar operations.
The deployment focused on core banking processing modules including account management, deposits, loans, payments, general ledger and teller processing, aligned with standard Core Banking functional patterns. Configuration work emphasized product parameterization, customer data model alignment and transaction workflow automation inside Temenos T24 to support day to day banking operations.
ITSS Global executed the technical deployment and has provided implementation and application support since the June 2015 go live, working alongside Qatar First Bank operational teams. Temenos T24 underpins retail and corporate banking functions and the back office by centralizing transaction processing, account servicing and reconciliation workflows across the bank.
Governance was established around release management, configuration control and operational run books to manage ongoing changes to the Core Banking environment. Temenos T24 remains the bank's primary Core Banking platform, with ITSS Global and Qatar First Bank maintaining joint responsibility for platform maintenance and incremental platform evolution.

Banking and Financial Services | 82 | $15M | Namibia | Temenos | Temenos T24 | Core Banking | 2016 |
In 2016, SME Bank Limited (Namibia) implemented Temenos T24 to run Core Banking operations. The engagement was delivered with ITSS Global as the systems integrator and established separate production, development, and test environments with an integrated interfaces stack to support transaction processing and nightly Close of Business workflows.
Operational responsibilities centered on continuous monitoring and operation of production environments and interfaces, and the monitoring and operation of all development and test environments. Day to day functional activities included analysis and troubleshooting of system and interface issues, liaison with Temenos to log vendor issues and collect diagnostic information, and the testing and application of data and code fixes to Temenos T24.
Automation and operational tooling were implemented and tested, with monitoring of automation tools and scripts used to stabilize routine processing and support Close of Business processes. The implementation supported business and IT users through hands on guidance for review, testing and application of fixes, and provided tiered technical support for incidents impacting core banking operations.
Governance processes were established for vendor update cycles, including the review, testing and installation of Temenos component updates, and coordinated testing with ITSS Global and Temenos. The deployment emphasized structured issue lifecycle management linking business validators, in house systems development teams, and the vendor support channel to maintain continuity of Core Banking services.
