Governance and rollout leveraged Nokavision Software as the trusted partner, using out of the box capabilities to avoid extensive customization and accelerate deployment. Outcomes reported include elimination of ISDN line costs and on premises maintenance, restored user confidence through reliable automatic alerts, and a documented return on investment in just 18 months, with the platform also enabling future multi channel communications such as email, voice and SMS if required.
