Cross company accounting integration propagated costing and financial signals from Manufacturing into Accounting to support centralized financial modeling and inventory valuation across the three companies.
Operational scope covered manufacturing and assembly sites and procurement and sales workflows across the Colombian and United States entities, with governance established to centralize quality rules and role based inspection approvals and to enforce change control for BOMs and manufacturing routes. Sakya Consulting led system configuration and rollout activities across the three companies to align manufacturing, quality, inventory, purchasing, and sales functions under the Odoo application suite.
