Measured outcomes reported after the Plex ERP implementation include scrap rate reduction from 2.5 percent to 1.5 percent, equipment efficiency increases from 65 percent to over 70 percent for non automated operations and from 85 percent to 90 percent for automated operations, elimination of premium freight that had represented 0.7 percent of total sales, inventory accuracy improvement from 85 percent to 99 percent, and on time delivery approaching nearly 100 percent.
