In 2025 Argenta Syndicate Management deployed Send Underwriting Workbench across its underwriting organization. The deployment completed on 16 July 2025 and positioned Argenta as the first Lloyds managing agent to operate the Send platform across every class of business within its portfolio.
Send Underwriting Workbench was provisioned across all four of Argenta’s business lines, Casualty, Marine & Energy, Property, and Specialty, covering 23 products and more than 60 users. The implementation consolidated submission lifecycle management, unified data and documents with decisioning in a single interface, and delivered streamlined compliance tracking and robust management information capabilities, aligning with the Insurance Policy Administration category.
The implementation was delivered in partnership with Sollers Consulting, with Sollers joining Send and Argenta for the technical rollout and integration planning. The platform is configured to support Open Market business, Broker Facilities, and Binders, handling new business intake, renewals, and endorsements across underwriting teams. Following the go live Argenta and Send are planning integrations with HX pricing, data enrichment services, and sanctions screening as the next technical enhancements.
Argenta selected the Send platform to address email heavy workflows, disconnected systems, and manual processes that created operational risk, and reported that the Send Underwriting Workbench is helping underwriters capture data in smarter ways and unlock faster insights. Governance and operational changes centered on centralizing submission processing and compliance tracking on a single system, with ongoing workstreams to expand use cases and further embed data driven underwriting controls.
