Syniti Replicate provided ongoing replication into SAP EWM and supported integrations with core SAP modules MM, SD, PP, and QM as well as coordination with third party logistics providers for intercompany transfers. The solution design emphasized near real time data synchronization and consistent master data across warehouse, production, and logistics touchpoints, and mobility solutions and Fiori Apps were leveraged to improve real time data access for warehouse operators. Testing and rollout followed a staged validation approach including Unit, Integration, Functional Unit Test, and User Acceptance Testing, with coordinated go live activities and hyper care support to address high priority issues. Governance included authored standard operating procedures and end user training to embed process adherence and maintain data quality, and reported operational outcomes included improved accuracy of warehouse transactions and reduced downtime through automated replenishment, cross docking, and wave planning improvements.
