Data onboarding relied on CSV imports and built in financial interfaces for bank statement reconciliation, while governance centered on a compact set of accounting policies, a unified chart of accounts and defined approval thresholds to streamline month end processes. Training and lightweight process documentation accompanied the go live to align the companys finance function with the Oracle NetSuite ERP operational model.
