In 2016 Jaywing deployed Microsoft Power BI as the primary Analytics and BI visualization and reporting layer across its consulting engagements and productization efforts. The initial implementation included configuration and development of a Power BI visualization suite, carried out during an Analytical Consultant engagement from May 2016 to December 2017, establishing a repeatable reporting framework for client work.
Implementation work centered on a rule based and date driven attribution product and a pre sales analytics pack built in Microsoft Power BI, with explicit support for Google Analytics insight and analysis alongside the firm product named almanac. The Power BI deployment also supported retail analytics modules focused on price and promotion, including development of lapsing models and abandoned basket analysis, and it was used to package go to market propositions and a pre sales analytics product that won multiple clients.
Technical architecture and data integration included design and implementation of a campaign level data warehouse to enable end to end campaign processes for a significant travel client, plus on site analytics pipelines ingesting data from SQL sources, SAS processing, Hadoop Big data environments and Google Analytics, with Python used for modeling. Microsoft Power BI served as the presentation layer for dashboards and interactive visualizations, coexisting with Tableau in technical tooling where required.
Operational rollout emphasized on site delivery across 12 plus client engagements and targeted industry work with travel firms and leading banks for risk finance analytics, including dynamic delinquency, stress factor analysis and forecasting. Governance and capability building were delivered through workshops on visualization and new product development, model monitoring processes for finance teams, and university partnership lectures to codify best practices and support internal adoption.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Unified Communications Manager | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012 Jaywing implemented Cisco Unified Communications Manager as the core component of its Audio Video and Web Conferencing platform to support voice and conferencing for a mid sized call centre of 300 to 400 staff. The deployment was positioned within the firm’s infrastructure estate and operated alongside an existing Cisco UCCX IP call platform to sustain contact centre routing and agent telephony workflows.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager was configured to provide enterprise call control, IP telephony provisioning, device and extension management, and conferencing capabilities typical of the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category. The implementation focused on provisioning SIP and SCCP endpoints, centralized dial plan management, and call admission control functions consistent with large scale IP telephony deployments.
The broader infrastructure supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager included Windows Server 2008r2 and 2012r2 hosts, Exchange 2007 SP3 and 2010 messaging, Claranet hosted email, and Symantec Backup Exec for data protection. These systems formed the operational stack maintained by the infrastructure team and provided directory, messaging, and backup services that underpinned telephony availability and user management.
Operational governance for the deployment was handled by the internal infrastructure team, which maintained all IT related systems and operated a 24 hour on call rota. The team frequently provided support or updates for other businesses in the group and worked with the in house development team to enable client project delivery, embedding telephony support into broader application and service workflows.
