Operational coverage was multi-regional, with a Cash, Credit and Treasury operation team of more than 20 across the Philippines, Poland, United States, Costa Rica, United Kingdom and Singapore supporting day to day processing and regional rollouts.
Governance was structured under a Global Process Owner for Treasury-Cash-Credit and a Global IT Manager for Cash, Credit and Treasury, roles active from January 2020 to February 2023, which led transformation, enhancement and deployment of SAP AR, FSCM and Treasury functions.
