The implementation focused on operational workflows for onboarding and termination processing, I-9 verification and retention, unemployment claims, drug test administration, personnel file management and basic inventory tracking such as team member shirt distribution. Configuration included case workflows for in-processing, approval of completed onboarding paperwork and I-9 forms, creation of photo IDs, and scheduled actions for yearly purging of personnel files and I-9 binders.
Operational scope covered supervision and coordination of 17 team members across eight faculty buildings spanning 55 acres, and supported managers who performed tasks for additional accounts when the primary manager was absent. Governance and workflow controls were established around recruiting and pre-employment requests, bi-monthly announcement updates, in-processing checklists, and case assignment for unemployment claims which were completed on Equifax CaseBuilder Platform.
