Operational coverage extended to headquarters in Denton, TX, the acquired Poland entity, and matrix organization reporting lines that required coordinated approvals and role based access controls in Paylocity HCM. Governance changes accompanied the technical deployment, including new HR policies, a centralized employee handbook, and formalized performance and communication workflows reinforced by a Culture Team and a communication workshop. Explicit outcomes recorded by the HR director include an employee net promoter score increase from 35 to 41 and improved communication scores over a six month period.
