Integrations were implemented to synchronize POS transactions and inventory events with enterprise resource planning systems, specifically SAP, JDEdward, Oracle, and Kenan, enabling downstream financial posting and stock reconciliation workflows. Governance for the rollout emphasized centralized configuration control and staged store commissioning to align store operations with head office reconciliation and reporting processes.
