Stampli AP Automation Platform was configured to manage invoice capture, review and approval routing, and automated posting into the ERP, with AP accountants processing AP invoices +150 weekly from Stampli to import into NetSuite. The implementation handled preparation of weekly payment runs including AMEX, wires and FX, and was used to coordinate vendor communications to resolve invoice exceptions.
Integration with NetSuite was a core element of the operational flow, with invoice records exported from Stampli into NetSuite for financial posting and reconciliation. Operational coverage included AP accounting staff executing invoice intake, payment execution, monthly vendor accruals and reconciliation, and the Stampli AP Automation Platform provided transaction orchestration across those functions.

The Fiverr Enterprise implementation centralized core contingent labor capabilities including contractor onboarding, a single repository for NDAs and agreements, standardized payment term options, and timesheet and payment controls to ensure accurate and timely freelancer payouts. Managers were enabled to self-serve engagement with freelancers, removing previous bottlenecks, and the Full Fiverr Enterprise feature set was configured to support direct business to freelancer relationships and documentation retention for legal review reduction.
Operationally the project consolidated a fragmented stack that previously spanned three different platforms into a single Contingent Labor Management platform, reducing dependence on staffing agency intermediaries and high MSP software costs. The rollout focused on procurement and hiring managers across the business, and the deployment covered everyday contractor interactions with dozens of freelancers, while legal involvement in routine agreements and signatures was minimized.
Governance shifted toward decentralized manager-driven contractor onboarding with centralized document retention and standardized payment processes, enabling faster time to value for individual managers. Reported outcomes explicitly included cost reduction, improved control over contractor engagements, faster time to value, and higher contractor satisfaction due to accurate, timely payments and flexible payment terms.
