Integrations and operational coverage tied IBM Power Systems to on premise SAP HANA 1.0, AS400 workloads, SAP ERP 6.0, SAP GRC 5.3 and 10.1, SAP BODS 4.2, the JIVS archive solution, and SAP EHS, XS, and ESS components. The rollout followed a site DRP configuration with production and DR sites in Miami and Culpeper, and migrations specifically moving Honduras and El Salvador AS400 landscapes into the consolidated Miami Culpeper topology. Governance and delivery were structured around defined technical leadership roles, including a Technical Project Manager, SAP Basis Solution Owner, and SAP HANA Technical Consultant to coordinate cross vendor and client activities. Project coordination included stakeholders from the client and delivering vendors to execute GRC upgrades, TDMS services for DEV and QAS refresh, and the migration sequencing required for PRD cutovers.
