The deployment served a cross-system orchestration role, enabling standardized data feeds from logistics and financial applications into the Analytics and BI environment for enterprise reporting. Governance and process changes were scoped to standardize business processes, synchronize and monitor activities across departments and subsidiaries, and provide consolidated reporting for AB SA and its ATC Holding subsidiaries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
