Configuration and delivery activities included BR10 business requirements definition, BR20 business requirements mapping and process streamlining, Conference Room Pilot testing, end user training, user acceptance testing, parallel testing and Go Live, and MD050 documentation for customized reports, forms and programs. Project governance was structured around a dedicated Project Manager who prepared, monitored and executed the project plan, managed escalated issues, ensured timely sign off of project milestone certificates, consolidated project documentation and served as the primary point of contact with regular reporting to stakeholders. Application Consultant responsibilities included presales consulting, implementation and post live support for Oracle EBS Financials, logging and monitoring Service Requests with Oracle Metalink and facilitating patch and data fix applications, and coordinating testing of third party integrations including JDA MMS and other point of sale systems to validate end to end transaction flows.
