The implementation covered Oracle Receivables with JDA MMS customer, supplier, receivable invoice and receipt interfaces including an auto application program that applies receipts to invoices, Oracle Cash Management, and Oracle Fixed Assets, with supervised maintenance support for Oracle Financials and Oracle Property Manager. Configuration and delivery activities included BR10 business requirements definition, BR20 business requirements mapping and process streamlining, Conference Room Pilot testing, end user training, user acceptance testing, parallel testing and Go Live, and MD050 documentation for customized reports, forms and programs.
Project governance was structured around a dedicated Project Manager who prepared, monitored and executed the project plan, managed escalated issues, ensured timely sign off of project milestone certificates, consolidated project documentation and served as the primary point of contact with regular reporting to stakeholders.
