Configuration work included business requirements documentation BR10 and BR20, Conference Room Pilot testing, End User Training, User Acceptance Testing, and MD050 documentation for customized reports, forms and programs. Integrations were validated with JDA MMS and other point of sale systems, including Customer, Supplier, receivable invoice and receipt interfaces and the auto-application program for receipts to invoices. Operational coverage focused on finance and asset management functions with supervised maintenance support for Oracle Financials and Oracle Property Manager to ensure accounting alignment and asset lifecycle updates. Project governance followed disciplined program management practices, with a designated Project Manager responsible for preparing and executing the project plan, managing escalated issues, consolidating documentation, ensuring timely sign-off of Project Milestone Certificates, and regular reporting to stakeholders.
