Operational coverage extended to HR, senior managers, clinical and technical staff, and local site support in Abingdon where HR coordination was based. Governance relied on HR-led administration of the Core HR system, routine configuration updates by the HR Coordinator, and using IRIS Staffology HR as the single source of personnel documentation, query handling, and hire-to-onboard process management.
