Governance activities were led by a Process and Change Management function that produced process analysis, process maps, business cases, and scoping documentation for the Executive Leadership team. Responsibilities included refining development schedules for outsourced work, review and execution of testing plans, training, and go live support for Dynamics NAV developments, with an explicit focus on enabling business growth, technological advances, and process improvements.
