In 2017, Abine implemented GrooveHQ for Customer Support on its public website to centralize web-originated customer inquiries. Abine is a United States retail company of about 50 employees and adopted GrooveHQ to handle customer service workflows tied to online orders and account inquiries.
The deployment leverages GrooveHQ shared inbox and ticketing capabilities, with an embedded web widget and contact form to capture site requests directly into the support queue. Configuration included canned responses, tagging, and automated assignment rules to route tickets to the customer support team, and a lightweight knowledge base was provisioned to surface self-service answers on the website.
Operationally the implementation centralized customer communication within the support team and aligned service workflows to ticket ownership and priority tagging. Reporting and dashboard features in GrooveHQ were configured to provide visibility into open tickets and response queues, and the rollout focused on site-level capture and internal process changes for the customer support function serving Abine's United States retail operations.
