PageUp Legacy PageUp ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Able Australia implemented PageUp ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, to optimise and streamline recruitment and onboarding across its 908 employee not for profit operation. The deployment addressed immediate remote hiring pressures and aligned talent management with the organisation's multi‑site service footprint in Melbourne, Tasmania, the ACT and South East Queensland. The implementation included a two way integration to Technology One payroll, explicitly designed to automate data handoff between recruitment and payroll and to reduce manual errors. Operational ownership resides with HR and recruitment teams, and the solution was applied across client facing service lines to support hiring needs for disability services and community supports in the organisation's operating regions. Governance and rollout were conducted as a fully remote project, with project teams achieving 100% remote implementation and HR business partners engaged in configuration decisions. Reported outcomes from the engagement include reduced time to fill, increased quality of hire, reduced time to competency, centralised dashboards and analytics, and automation driven error reduction through the Technology One payroll integration.
