OneAdvanced Legacy Advanced HR Core HR HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 ABP Food Group implemented Advanced HR, Apps Category . The deployment used Advanced Cloud HR and OpenPeople payroll as the application components to centralise employee records and payroll processing across 16 ABP UK sites in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, covering more than 2,000 weekly and monthly paid employees. Advanced HR was configured to provide electronic storage and centralised processing for HR and payroll information, with specific functional capabilities including payroll processing, employee record management and compliance workflows for Pension Auto-Enrolment and Real Time Information. The Advanced Cloud HR and OpenPeople Payroll components replaced a manual, paper‑intensive operating model, reducing administrative processing time by 32 hours per week and contributing to reported annual savings of £150,000. Selection and rollout followed a three stage tender involving ten suppliers, with OneAdvanced chosen for the solution functionality and integration capabilities noted by ABP leadership. The implementation was completed across 16 sites in approximately two months using a structured project management approach, enabling timely access to consolidated management information and ongoing legislative compliance. Operational governance consolidated HR and payroll activities into a single centralised system, standardising processes across site HR teams and payroll administrators, and reducing payment errors while improving employee record accuracy. The deployment explicitly covered HR and payroll business functions and established a single source of truth for people data across ABP Food Group UK operations.

Infor Legacy Infor M3 Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 ABP Food Group implemented Infor M3 as its Manufacturing ERP across ABP Ireland, covering six production plants and one administrative office, while also providing configuration and implementation support for international M3 rollouts at the parent company level. The deployment centered on establishing Infor M3 as the core transactional and master data platform for manufacturing and finance functions. Implementation work included master data mapping from the existing operational system into Infor M3, uploading historical financial data into Infor M3, and general system configuration to align module behavior with site-level processes. Document composition and output controls were implemented through StreamServe design to meet business requirements, and custom scripting was used to create Excel-based journal upload utilities using Javascript for batch financial postings. Data quality and reporting were addressed through SQL-driven data analysis for error identification and reconciliation, and by assisting the design of Business Objects and Spreadsheet Server reports for operational and financial stakeholders. The configuration and reporting work focused on standard manufacturing ERP workflows including inventory valuation, production transaction capture, and journal posting, with Infor M3 serving as the authoritative source. Governance and rollout operations involved direct engagement with site management to validate business requirements and to coordinate data validation activities. Support was provided to multiple sites concurrently, combining post-implementation support at live locations with configuration and cutover assistance for sites still in implementation, enabling a staged, site-by-site operational stabilization approach.
