In 2007, Acceleware implemented ActiveIQ CDP, deploying ActiveConversion CDP on their website as a Customer Data Platform. The deployment centralized first party site interaction capture for a 20 employee professional services firm, consolidating web events and visitor identifiers into a single customer profile store. ActiveIQ CDP was used to instrument the website for continuous profile assembly and to persist unified visitor records for downstream use.
Configuration emphasized identity resolution, persistent profile management, segmentation, and campaign audience generation consistent with Customer Data Platform capabilities. ActiveIQ CDP was configured to perform visitor stitching, attribute enrichment, and rule-based segmenting to support marketing and sales lead workflows, with profile schema and segmentation logic defined at implementation time.
Operational coverage focused on marketing and demand generation functions, using site-captured profiles for audience activation and lead qualification. Governance established centralized profile stewardship and role-based access to profile data, with documented attribute definitions and activation rules to maintain consistent use of ActiveIQ CDP customer profiles across the organization.
