UKG Pro Workforce Management (Ex UKG Dimensions) was set up to enforce scheduling rules, record timecards and enable shift swap and on call processes consistent with healthcare staffing patterns.
Operational coverage spans Acclaim Healths Canadian operations and the company sized deployment for approximately 500 employees, focusing on clinical staffing and frontline workforce coordination. The solution is integrated into the corporate web portal through SSO authentication, positioning the application as the primary scheduling and timekeeping system accessed by clinicians and managers.

In the fall of 2015, Acclaim Health deployed AlayaCare Procura as its Electronic Health Record to support Personal Support Worker operations. The deployment targeted the organization’s home care delivery model in Canada, where over 1000 healthcare providers, volunteers, and supporters visit clients in their homes each day.
The implementation delivered the full AlayaCare suite with Clinical Documentation, Back Office and the Care Worker Mobile Application configured for point of care documentation, care coordination and administrative processing. AlayaCare Procura was used to centralize clinical documentation workflows, enable mobile capture of visit notes and streamline back office billing and eligibility tasks within an Electronic Health Record framework.
Rollout was focused on the Personal Support Worker division and occurred across operational teams in the fall of 2015, aligning clinical and operational staff on a single Electronic Health Record platform. The project emphasized operational visibility of important care information and standardized documentation practices across in home care visits.
Acclaim reported that the AlayaCare home care software solution helped increase margins and improve outcomes while enhancing visibility into client care data. Governance activities included configuring clinical documentation standards and back office processes to support ongoing care management and billing workflows.
