The implementation configured AFAS HR to model the split legal and organizational entities, to formalize HR workflows and approvals, and to automate routine HR processes consistent with Human Capital Managment practices. Core workstreams emphasized workflow automation, employee lifecycle orchestration, and the introduction of workforce management capabilities. Delivery concluded in January 2018 within budget and time, after which a dedicated program manager continued optimization.
From January 2018 the program manager led targeted optimization of AFAS HR workflows using OPTIMO and implemented workforce management enhancements with Softbrick, while Frisse Blikken led structured change management activities. These engagements were integrated into the AFAS HR operational model to refine process orchestration and adoption across HR teams.
