Operational coverage focused on finance, treasury, tax compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and cost controlling across the listed countries. Governance was run from a global SAP competence center with a FICO project manager and global FICO team leader responsible for maintaining and developing a global FICO template.
