In 2019, ACE Network implemented PickPack Streamline, a Real-Time Transportation Visibility application to support logistics and distribution operations across its Israel retail network. The deployment focused on operational visibility for store replenishment and outbound delivery flows within ACE Network's distribution centers and last-mile operations.
PickPack Streamline was configured to deliver core visibility modules including real-time GPS tracking, ETA calculation and predictive arrival feeds, exception and delay management, proof-of-delivery capture, and centralized operational dashboards with role-based alerts. These functional capabilities were applied to carrier monitoring, route oversight, and shipment status reconciliation used by logistics planners and store operations teams.
Architecturally the implementation used a cloud-hosted event processing approach with mobile telemetry ingestion from driver devices and continuous event streaming to a centralized dashboard. Standard API and event interfaces were used to publish tracking events and status updates to downstream operational consumers within ACE Network, enabling live feeds and alert propagation to operations and store replenishment stakeholders.
Governance and rollout emphasized operational onboarding of drivers and logistics staff, configuration of geofences and alert thresholds, and the establishment of exception-handling workflows to route escalations to logistics and store teams. The PickPack Streamline deployment positioned ACE Network to operate Real-Time Transportation Visibility as a cross-functional capability spanning supply chain, distribution center operations, and store replenishment.
