Interfaces to other on-premise and local systems were implemented as part of the project, with testing and reconciliation efforts emphasized during cutover. Project governance included stakeholder management, local change management and communications led by the finance transformation and SAP project management function, and data reconciliation controls during go-live. All functionality was implemented within the original agreed timelines, and the deployment established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the enterprise ERP Financial backbone for AA Ireland.
