In 2017, Active Interest Media implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities to centralize general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense management for AIM Media's San Jose operations under a Cloud Finance Functional Track Lead/SME.
Configuration work encompassed module setup for GL, AP, AR and Expenses, end to end process mapping, and creation of OTBI reports and financial report templates. The project followed scripted test cycles including CRP0, CRP1, system integration testing and user acceptance testing, with finalized test cases and formal sign off on DS 160, Test Cases and MC 50 deliverables.
Integrations and conversions were developed collaboratively with offshore teams, focusing on interface configuration and data conversion to provision transactional flows into Oracle Cloud ERP, with emphasis on invoice, payment and expense data mappings. Governance emphasized structured design sessions, requirements gathering, training sessions and coordinated sign off to operationalize core finance and accounting workflows.
