In 2020, Adelante Healthcare implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its enterprise financial system, replacing Sage 500 ERP and consolidating reporting and budgeting that had previously run in BizNet and Excel. The deployment targeted nine Central Arizona locations and centralized fiscal control under CFO Angela Robinson, moving finance and purchasing to a single cloud architecture to reduce on-premises server maintenance burdens on IT.
Adelante Healthcare deployed Oracle Cloud ERP together with Oracle Cloud EPM to provide core ERP Financial capabilities, including automated accounting, purchasing, financial reporting, budgeting, bank reconciliation, and month-end close workflows. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to eliminate manual paper processes and to enable digital purchasing, online budget access for managers, and automated financial statement generation.
The implementation integrated budgeting and reporting via the Oracle Cloud EPM layer so department managers receive automated reports and can edit budgets online without repeated back-and-forth approvals. Procurement workflows were digitized so frontline clinical employees can place orders online and orders are transmitted electronically to suppliers, while bank reconciliation and close activities run through the centralized cloud ledger and reconciliation modules.
Governance and process restructuring formalized online budget approval flows, removed spreadsheet-driven budgeting, and reduced duplicate work between managers and finance. The implementation was delivered by Alithya and completed on time, transitioning to a fully virtual implementation during the pandemic, which preserved project timelines and enabled a rapid shift to cloud-first operations.
Adelante Healthcare reported explicit operational outcomes after moving to Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM, financial statements now generate within the hour rather than days, bank reconciliations were reduced from four days to a half day at most, and the month-end close shortened by one to two days. Finance and IT experienced significant time savings, purchasing became faster for clinical staff, and the organization achieved its objective to move core financial systems to the cloud.

In 2011, Adelante Healthcare implemented ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR system. The deployment centralized HRIS entry and core HR administration for the 750-employee healthcare organization, positioning ADP Workforce Now as the authoritative repository for new hire records and personnel file management.
Operationally the HR team used ADP Workforce Now to enter all new employees and to manage recruitment and onboarding workflows, including review and qualification of applications, applicant tracking maintenance, phone screening coordination, interview scheduling, offer letter issuance, and completion of new hire paperwork. New hire processing steps recorded or coordinated through ADP Workforce Now included background checks, drug screens, E-Verify, immunization records, and tracking of credentialing handoffs to Medical Staff Services.
HR governance and training processes were anchored to ADP Workforce Now, with HR administrators fielding employee service requests such as HRIS information updates and password resets, administering new employee orientation and compliance trainings, and maintaining the employee referral program and personnel files. The HR team acted as primary administrator for HealthStream Online training modules and provided training support for executive and leadership teams, thereby integrating ADP Workforce Now into recruitment, onboarding, compliance, credentialing coordination, and employee recordkeeping workflows.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Adelante Healthcare implemented Cisco Webex Meetings on their website. The deployment exposes Cisco Webex Meetings as a web accessible conferencing layer that enables browser based and client based meeting joins directly from the corporate site.
Cisco Webex Meetings supplies standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities including multi party video, audio bridging, screen sharing, meeting recording and attendee controls, which were surfaced through embedded meeting join pages and widgets on the site. Configuration work focused on surfacing join flows, meeting room provisioning and meeting controls to support both scheduled and ad hoc sessions via the website.
Operational coverage is centered on the public website as the primary access point for external participants and internal staff accessing web meetings, supporting business functions around remote collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Administration and policy management are handled through the vendor administration console to manage user provisioning, meeting policy enforcement and recording settings, while the website integration provides the user facing join and scheduling experience.
Governance and rollout required coordination between web development and IT operations to embed Webex join flows, validate browser compatibility and configure access controls. The implementation positions Cisco Webex Meetings as Adelante Healthcare's web facing Audio Video and Web Conferencing layer, with management and policy controls maintained in the vendor console.
