Configuration emphasized financial close automation, cost controlling, managerial reporting and integrated planning capabilities within SAP S/4 HANA. The program explicitly included SAP SAC Planning as the new budget tool, creating linked planning flows between SAP S/4 HANA financial ledgers and SAC Planning models for consolidated budgeting and forecast orchestration. CODiLOG served as the system integrator for the SAP S/4 HANA deployment and led the technical integration between SAP S/4 HANA and SAP SAC Planning. The implementation was scoped to support project investment assessment workflows and to provide a single source of transactional and controlling data for reporting and decision support. Governance and rollout were driven by the director of controlling with a central team of six controllers and coordination with five regional controllers to operationalize new processes. Processes were reorganized to standardize controlling cycles, centralize budget orchestration and embed finance business partnering practices across Adoma's finance function. |

Operational coverage included the rental management sector across Adoma, and an extranet was provisioned for partners such as prefectures and local authorities to enter and prioritize requests via a secure site, these partner-entered requests receiving priority processing and automated email notices when lots are released. Adoma also began experimenting with shared access to its housing base with the SIAO information system, and a software interface between SI-SIAO and Agora Real Estate was studied with target developments specified for 2021. Governance and process controls were formalized through an attribution charter and an internal mandatory procedure for rental management employees, intended to standardize practices, enforce access criteria based on resources and household composition, and promote ethics, confidentiality, transparency and equity in allocations. Adoma documented further configuration and prioritization refinements in formal specifications, with a planned rollout of the resulting toolset in 2021 to support finer-grained processing and internal compliance with allocation rules. |
