In 2021 Advance Intelligence Group implemented BIPO Leave Management as part of a broader BIPO HRIS rollout to centralize Absence and Leave Management across the group. The deployment was driven by a People Tech Lead and targeted HR operations across SEA and China, covering 11 countries and supporting centralized staff data and absence workflows for the organization.
The implementation used the BIPO Leave Management module within a multi-module BIPO HRIS that included Staff DB, Leave, Attendance, OT, Payroll, and Claim capabilities. Functional configuration emphasized leave entitlements, approval routing, attendance reconciliation, overtime capture, and payroll feed preparation, with automation added to onboarding and exit interview workflows to minimize manual steps.
Integrations were explicit and multi-layered, with Greenhouse and Moka ATS integrated into the HRIS for talent acquisition and onboarding orchestration, Power BI used to produce a People Dashboard with interactive charts, and Lark Bitable serving as the permission controlled document and data sheet platform. Custom automation and data processing were implemented using Python and Pandas to link BIPO HRIS records with Lark workflows, and a 360 Review and performance rating system were integrated with the group messaging and document platform to align performance data with HR records.
Governance and rollout were led by the People Tech Lead through requirement gathering, vendor selection, organization structure review, and a three year system planning process. Delivery included user guides, staff training, and ongoing day to day consultation to ensure configuration scalability across countries, with control over permissions and automated datasheets to support HR, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management functions using BIPO Leave Management and the wider HRIS.
