The implementation connected GR8 People ATS to the company HRIS, UKG, to maintain international employee profiles and to carry forward PTO plans, holiday calendars, compensation structures, and learning module assignments from candidate to employee records. The deployment also encompassed a transition to a new background screening vendor, with the ATS linked into vendor screening processes to ensure vendor driven compliance and fraud prevention checks were executed during hiring workflows.
Governance and rollout were managed by People & Culture, with a Sr. People & Culture Operations Associate and project teams leading global configuration, process redesign for compliance, and the staged rollout across talent acquisition and onboarding functions. Operational controls were embedded in GR8 People ATS through documented workflows, approval authorities, and region specific templates to standardize hiring and onboarding practices across sites.
