Advanced Home Care implemented a Kronos workforce management solution to align scheduling and timekeeping with McKesson Homecare, and payback on the Kronos implementation was achieved within 10 months of go live. The combined deployment covered clinical operations and field scheduling, bringing clinical documentation and workforce management processes into closer operational alignment. Governance emphasized workflow restructuring between clinical operations and scheduling teams, with a phased go live to align clinicians to new documentation templates and scheduling processes. Training and process controls were used to enforce consistent use of the Electronic Health Record, and operational ownership was shifted toward centralized clinical operations and workforce management teams to sustain the integrated environment.
