Governance and process changes focused on centralised contract governance, automated subscription to invoice handoffs and formalised vendor onboarding procedures to reduce friction between sales and fulfilment. The engagement with CloudBlue delivered stated improvements in time-to-revenue and customer retention as described in the source case materials.
