In 2022, Advania implemented CloudBlue PSA, previously HarmonyPSA, to centralise and automate sales, vendor onboarding, subscription billing and fulfilment for its Workplace-as-a-Service offerings. CloudBlue PSA was adopted as its Professional Services Automation platform to consolidate contracts, standardise revenue workflows and accelerate subscription time-to-revenue.
The deployment emphasized PSA and revenue-management capabilities including consolidated contract management, subscription billing and invoicing automation, subscription lifecycle management and fulfilment orchestration. Configuration work included recurring billing schedules, automated invoice generation, role based access for billing and sales teams, and workflow templates for vendor onboarding and order fulfilment. These functional modules reflect standard Professional Services Automation workflows for PSA driven revenue operations.
Operational coverage targeted Advania's Workplace-as-a-Service business lines, aligning sales, billing, vendor management and customer success processes under a single application. Governance and process changes focused on centralised contract governance, automated subscription to invoice handoffs and formalised vendor onboarding procedures to reduce friction between sales and fulfilment. The engagement with CloudBlue delivered stated improvements in time-to-revenue and customer retention as described in the source case materials.
