The rollout emphasized consistency and data-driven administration, with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and the E-Time deployment instituted to achieve greater efficiencies, consistency and improved data gathering. During and after the rollout, the HR organization used Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to support investigations and resolution of complex employee relations matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, FLSA, ADA and FMLA claims, consolidating case context and personnel records within the Core HR system.
