The deployment included PeopleSoft HRIS modules alongside an E-Time and attendance system to capture standardized timekeeping and workforce data.
Integrations implemented explicitly linked the PeopleSoft HRIS with E-Time and attendance systems to consolidate employee demographics, labor status and timekeeping across the merged clinics. Operational coverage extended across human resources and labor relations teams, supervised by four Labor Relations Directors and four Human Resources Managers, to support collective bargaining administration and unified employment terms.
