In 2013, Aerison implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to establish a consolidated ERP Financial platform across its Australian operations. The implementation was led as a re-alignment of a stalling project, with the IT Manager directly engaged to define deliverables, prioritize financial and payroll functionality, and drive the program to production readiness.
The deployment centered on core financial and payroll processing capabilities within Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, configured to accept payroll inputs from a remote timesheet capture process and to support corporate finance workflows. The project also enabled ERP orchestration with operational processes for HR onboarding and logistics through SharePoint based automated workflows, aligning application configuration with business process requirements.
Architecturally, the production ERP environment was hosted on a Telstra provided cloud platform to meet availability and growth requirements, while core infrastructure components remained managed by on premise Windows Servers, Exchange Server and SQL Server during the transition. Network topology included a Telstra managed corporate IP WAN and the establishment of a remote office in Karratha with direct WAN connectivity into the corporate network, enabling remote site mobilization and independent site operations.
Governance and rollout activities were led by the IT Manager, who engaged service providers to re-establish project direction, instituted user training programs, and established a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity program to support the ERP Financial environment. The implementation was coordinated with wider IT initiatives including an Office 365 migration, site services consolidation, workstation cost optimization, and WAN upgrades to ensure operational readiness and security standards were met.
Explicit outcomes documented in the program included the move of the production ERP environment to Telstra cloud hosting to satisfy availability requirements and provide an easy growth path as the company expands, a cost effective Telstra managed WAN solution for multi site operations, and direct integration of remote timesheet and scheduling solutions into Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne payroll processing. The environment positioned Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as Aerison ERP Financial backbone for finance, payroll and operational process integration.

In 2018, Aerison deployed PageUp ATS as its Applicant Tracking System. The PageUp ATS instance is surfaced on Aerison's corporate careers site to capture candidate applications and publish open roles. The deployment follows a cloud SaaS delivery pattern with the vendor-hosted PageUp ATS embedded into the website front end to provide an application form and candidate submission workflow.
The implementation configures standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including career-site application forms, job requisition publishing, candidate tracking workflows, hiring manager review queues, and configurable notifications. PageUp ATS is operated by Aerison's HR team and hiring managers to centralize candidate intake and operationalize recruitment workflows across the organization. Governance is organized around HR configuration ownership and role-based access controls, with the career-site integration routing external applicants directly into PageUp ATS for downstream selection and hiring activities.
