Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management was configured to manage core absence workflows, including leave type configuration, accrual calculations, and approval routing typical for an Absence and Leave Management system. The HR Executive performed an administrator role and acted as a checker to validate data entry accuracy, while the system was used to prepare monthly KPI and leave accrual reports for management and finance.
Operational use of Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management included explicit data flows to Payroll through submission of government paid leaves to Payroll and preparation of Leave Accrual Report to Finance. The application supported cross‑functional coordination between HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams, and handled leave issue resolution and government claim submissions as part of HR operational processes.
