In 2018 Afpa implemented Cegid Talentsoft LMS to centralize digital learning delivery for its professional services organization. The Cegid Talentsoft LMS implementation was positioned to support Afpa's Learning and Development objectives and to provide a unified LMS/LCMS foundation for course delivery and content management.
The deployment emphasized standard Learning and Development capabilities, with configuration of a centralized course catalog, content authoring and LCMS capabilities, learner enrollment and lifecycle management, assessment and certification workflows, learning path orchestration, and reporting for training administrators. Cegid Talentsoft LMS was configured to manage role based access and learning assignments consistent with organizational training processes.
Operational integration included a seamless integration between the Afpa website and the Talentsoft LMS/LCMS solution, enabling web based course discovery and streamlined enrollment flows from the public site into the learning platform. Integration work focused on content syndication and API driven content delivery to present course catalogs on the Afpa website while maintaining learner records within Cegid Talentsoft LMS.
The implementation primarily impacted Learning and Development and HR training operations, with governance centered on centralized content management and course approval workflows to support consistent training delivery.
