In 2020, Afritrip Group deployed HappyFox Chat. Afritrip Group implemented HappyFox Chat, a Chatbots and Conversational AI application, as an embedded chat widget on its corporate website to handle customer engagement and lead capture. The deployment used a cloud-hosted SaaS model with a client-side JavaScript embed that surfaces a browser-based chat interface to visitors. The implementation targeted front-office business functions including customer support and sales inquiry handling on the public website.
Configuration emphasized conversational workflows, canned responses, chat routing, and live agent escalation consistent with Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities. Administration and governance were centralized to a small internal team given Afritrip Group s size of about 20 employees, using role-based access to manage agent seats, conversation history, and workflow rules through the HappyFox Chat console. Integration scope was limited to the website embed and cloud message routing, with operations focused on the web channel and agent interfaces rather than on-premise components.
