In 2004, AgConnect implemented ADS DataTrack. AgConnect, Inc. based in Lake Wales, Florida deployed ADS DataTrack to support its sales, marketing, and consulting engagements in the consumer packaged goods sector.
The ADS DataTrack deployment centered on modules for piece rate field payroll, field cost accounting, and food safety record management, leveraging Agricultural Data Systems product capabilities to capture labor piece rates and operational cost flows. Configuration work included setup of payroll rules for piece rate compensation, mapping of field cost accounting structures to client proformas, and instrumenting record capture for food safety traceability.
Implementation and rollout were led from a consulting perspective, with AgConnect producing business plans, budgets, and client facing presentations to standardize processes and train end users. Governance was exercised through consultant-led training and documented process flows, aligning ADS DataTrack configuration with client operational procedures.
