Analysts provided subject matter expertise and training to Local Administrators, maintained system configuration and functional change management, and delivered operational reports on learning, performance and demographic data to support business needs. Implementation and operational support included partnerships with the vendor and third-party providers for system maintenance and integrations of solutions, plus key user support to surface issues and coordinate remediation with the provider. The project team, including specialists from AnalitiQs, managed quarterly release specifications from the vendor, tested system changes, identified impacts, and communicated updates to impacted stakeholders to preserve platform stability. Governance and process work produced updated processes, procedures and support documentation for each impacting release, established point of contact responsibilities for managers and employees on platform features, and ran access security and data protection audits. The deployment approach combined centralized LMS administration for corporate centers with localized administrator enablement and small project execution to introduce incremental functionality within the Cornerstone Learning Suite.
